Biography

1957 BA degree in Fine Art, University of Reading.
1957-59 Art for Schools Officer, Sheffield City Art Galleries 
Exhibited with Northern Young Artists
1959-71 Ceramics Designer Malta Industries. 
Book Designer and Illustrator for Eastern Universities Press, Singapore. 
Writer and Illustrator for Thomas Nelson`s New Nations Readers
1971-90 Founder member of Greenwich Printmakers. 
Co-ordinated first post perestroika Anglo-Russian print exchange, "Open Door." 
Exhibited at Royal Academy, Royal Society of Portrait Painters, Royal Water colour Society and Whitechapel Open.
1990 Moved to Pembrokeshire.
1996 `Artists Against Pollution` several monoprints following the Sea Empress disaster, including a large work in the Aberystwyth University Arts Centre Open.
1999 The Welsh National Eisteddfod – Susan`s work selected for the fifth time. 
`Women Artists and Pembrokeshire`, Tenby Museum and Art Gallery.
2000 Prizewinner at annual exhibition, National Society of Painters, Printmakers and Sculptors.
2003 `Out of India`, prints and paintings, Barbican Library, Barbican Centre, London.
2004 National Maritime Museum, summer course tutor.
2005 San Francisco exhibition with Wales Trade International.
